What is a YDE?
YDE stands for Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση Εγκαταστάτη, the Greek electrical installation certificate. It records the inspection, measurements and drawings and is filed with HEDNO, the distribution operator also called DEDDIE/ΔΕΔΔΗΕ.
Can you help with a meter-name change or reconnection?
Yes. Tell us the procedure and what you have been asked to provide so we can check the documents and arrange the YDE.
Is a site visit necessary?
Yes. The certificate requires an inspection and measurements. It cannot be issued from photographs or old drawings alone.
What if the installation does not pass?
We explain the necessary corrections and provide a separate quote. Filing follows completion of the work and rechecks.
How long does it take?
The target is 24–48 hours after a successful inspection, any repairs and receipt of documents. We confirm the schedule with you.
Can we discuss the work in English?
Yes. Your engineer speaks fluent English and explains the technical proposal, costs and next steps directly.
Which areas do you cover?
